Smart grids represent a transformative evolution in the energy sector, integrating advanced digital technologies to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. This study investigates the impact of marketing initiatives on customer engagement within the smart grid sector. Adopting a qualitative research approach, the study explores the multifaceted interactions between utilities and consumers, focusing on the role of marketing strategies in fostering awareness, engagement, and empowerment. The scope encompasses regulatory frameworks, technological advancements, and consumer behavior dynamics shaping the smart grid view. Practical implications emerge for utilities, policymakers, and energy companies, offering insights to optimize marketing efforts and enhance consumer participation.
